Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide so we can respond to your enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information in the message field.
Workflow editor data
Workflow diagrams are stored locally in your browser. They are not sent to Rook & Grid unless you choose to share an exported file yourself. Clearing browser storage removes locally saved diagrams.
Service providers
Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms. Optional Google advertising analytics load only after you select “Allow analytics”. These providers may process technical data under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics and still use the site. To ask about, correct or delete information submitted through the contact form, send a request using the form and identify the original enquiry.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably required to respond, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
